Free diagnosis
Tell us what your laptop is doing
Describe the symptoms and an engineer replies with the likely cause and a price bracket — usually within two working hours, always before you commit to anything. No obligation, and no diagnostic fee unless you ask us to open the machine.

Repair triage
Six questions, then a real answer
The more precisely you describe what the machine does, the more accurate the bracket we can give you before it is even on the bench.
Mail-in
How to pack a laptop so it arrives intact
We see more damage from bad packing than from couriers. Six minutes of care saves a screen. Full terms for mail-in repairs are in our terms and conditions.
- Back up anything irreplaceable first, if the machine still boots.
- Remove the SD card, dongles and anything left in the USB ports.
- Do not send the charger unless the fault is charging-related — it is the most commonly lost item.
- Wrap the laptop in 5cm of bubble wrap on every face, then box it so nothing moves when shaken.
- Put a slip inside the box with your name, phone number and a one-line fault description.
- Use the prepaid tracked label we email you. Never send a laptop by an untracked service.
